General

How close are you to Campus?
We are located less than 0.8 miles from University of Minnesota-Minneapolis campus.
How many people live at Factory Lofts?
Factory Lofts can accommodate 102 people. We are looking forward to meeting you!
How close is the nearest Public Transport?
There are numerous light rail stops and 3 bus stops, including the campus bus within 2-3 blocks of Factory Lofts.

Leasing

Do you offer roommate matching?
YES! Contact us for more details!
Do you rent by the bedroom?
Yes, we rent the units by bedroom as well as rent by unit (traditional renting)! Please contact the office with your preferred preference!
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We allow two pets per unit at Factory Lofts. Up to date vaccination and vet records are required.
Are there pet fees?
There’s a one time non-refundable pet fee of $250. Our monthly dog fee is $60 per month, and our monthly cat fee is $50.

Payments

What utilities are the residents responsible for?
Prorated portion of the in-floor Heat, prorated portion of Water/Sewer, Electric (Xcel) & Cooling. Everything except the in-floor heat and water/sewer is separately metered, so it depends on how much you and your roommates are using that will determine your bills. This allows you to control and monitor your bills each month!
How much is the deposit?
One month’s rent (subject to unit rental amount), please check out the floor plan page contact us for rates!

Are there bathrooms for every bedroom?
Yes, every bedroom at Factory Lofts has their own private bathroom!
Is there Laundry In-Unit?
Yes, Factory Lofts offers in-unit laundry! Each unit has a laundry room with extra space for storage or in a select few, a large laundry closet. Contact us today about the floor plan options!
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes! We have USI; contact us with any questions!
Do you have a package room?
Yes, Factory Lofts has a secured package room with cameras!
Do you have parking?
Yes! We have a secured parking available to add to your lease with a monthly charge. Limited spaces are available. Contact us for pricing and information!
What amenities are in The Factory Lofts?
We have a fitness center, study/business rooms, lofted seating area, yoga/bar/spin room, coffee lounge, game room/club room, common area wifi, callbox entry, secured package room, complimentary secured bike storage and trash chutes!
How high are the ceilings?
Just under 23 feet high! The true warehouse experience!
